TÓM TẮT/SYNOPSIS:
Ở vùng ngoại ô Lima, Chito, cậu bé 11 tuổi, sống cùng anh trai Rockío (16 tuổi) trong một khu dân cư bao quanh nghĩa trang rộng lớn. Trên mái nhà, Chito chăm sóc những chú bồ câu đưa thư được anh trai sử dụng để vận chuyển ma túy. Em cùng bạn bè bán hoa bên ngoài nghĩa trang, vui chơi và làm việc giữa những ngôi mộ. Một buổi chiều, trong trận bóng đá gần nghĩa trang, bạo lực cướp đi sinh mạng Rockío và một cậu bé khác, đột ngột chấm dứt tuổi thơ của Chito. Cộng đồng tưởng niệm những đứa trẻ bằng nghi lễ, âm nhạc và điệu múa. Đau đớn vì mất mát, Chito bắt đầu tìm cách báo thù, nhưng một cử chỉ nhân ái đã thay đổi số phận của em và những chú bồ câu.
On the outskirts of Lima, 11-year-old Chito lives with his older brother Rockío (16) in a neighborhood surrounding a vast cemetery. On their rooftop, Chito cares for homing pigeons used to transport drugs for his brother. He and his friends sell flowers outside the cemetery and play among the graves. One afternoon, violence during a soccer match near the cemetery kills Rockío and another boy, abruptly ending Chito’s childhood. The community mourns the children through ritual, music and dance. Overwhelmed by grief, Chito sets out on a path of vengeance, but a humane gesture changes his fate and that of his pigeons.

Roddy Dextre là đạo diễn người Peru, được đào tạo tại Peru, Cuba và Argentina. Ông hoạt động trong lĩnh vực quảng cáo và điện ảnh tại Peru, Chile, Brazil và Mexico, từng nhận nhiều giải thưởng về đạo diễn quảng cáo. Allá en el cielo (Nobody Knows the World, 2026) là phim ngắn truyện đầu tay của ông, được trao Bằng khen đặc biệt của Ban giám khảo ở hạng mục Generation tại Liên hoan phim Berlin 2026. Hiện ông phát triển phim truyện dài đầu tay El vuelo de las hojas.
Roddy Dextre is a Peruvian director trained in Peru, Cuba and Argentina. He has worked in advertising and filmmaking across Peru, Chile, Brazil and Mexico, receiving several awards for commercial directing. Allá en el cielo (Nobody Knows the World, 2026) is his debut fiction short film and received a Jury Special Mention in the Generation section of the 2026 Berlinale. He is currently developing his first feature film, El vuelo de las hojas.
