TÓM TẮT/SYNOPSIS:
Lita, 16 tuổi, đã sợ thằn lằn từ khi còn nhỏ. Mỗi mùa hè, cô trở lại Lagartera, nơi những truyền thống gia đình vẫn được gìn giữ qua nhiều thế hệ. Trong dịp lễ Mình và Máu Thánh Chúa (Corpus Christi), khi bà mặc trang phục truyền thống cho cô, Lita dần khám phá nguồn gốc nỗi sợ của mình.
Lita (16) has feared lizards since childhood. Every summer, she returns to Lagartera, where her family’s traditions run deep. During the Corpus Christi celebration, as her grandmother dresses her, Lita uncovers the roots of her fear.

Irene Baqué là đạo diễn sinh tại Barcelona, làm việc giữa Barcelona và London. Phim của bà khai thác bản sắc, các vấn đề xã hội và sự phản kháng qua câu chuyện về phụ nữ. Phim tài liệu Carmen, sin miedo a la libertad giành giải Phim tài liệu ngắn xuất sắc tại Liên hoan phim Medina del Campo năm 2023. Trước đó, bà có sáu năm thực hiện phim tài liệu về các vấn đề giới cho The Guardian.
Irene Baqué is a Barcelona-born director working between Barcelona and London. Her films explore identity, social issues and resistance through women-centered stories. Her documentary Carmen, sin miedo a la libertad won Best Documentary Short at the 2023 Medina del Campo Film Festival. She previously spent six years directing documentaries on gender issues for The Guardian.
