Synopsis:
Following the disappearance of her brother, Minh Thau, a disgraced life coach on the run from loan sharks, Minh Tinh meets up with Som Phon, an agent from a mythical organization allegedly devoted to the improvement of quality of life using magical methods. Som Phon offers Minh Tinh a chance to participate in a virtual reality program, where she gets to experience three alternate realities, each of which reveals a different possible backstory to her brother’s financial troubles.
Director’s biography:
Director Nguyen Phi Phi Anh, born in 1991, graduated with a degree in Directing from Hampshire College, USA. In 2016, he launched the HOPE project, a series of 35 musical theater performances (The Corner of Fame, The Last Summer Night, Dreams Within Reach) which became a “box-office phenomenon”. He is currently managing and running the VinTaTa animation studio, where he produced the animated series Monta in the Bizarre Galaxy.
