Hector Prats là đạo diễn, biên kịch sinh tại Barcelona, hiện làm việc ở New York. Khởi đầu với vai trò nhà phê bình điện ảnh và tham gia sản xuất phim độc lập, ông chuyển sang làm đạo diễn video âm nhạc rồi phim truyện. Ông tốt nghiệp chương trình Thạc sĩ Nghệ thuật Điện ảnh chuyên ngành Đạo diễn tại Đại học Columbia và hiện giảng dạy các lớp thực hành bậc đại học tại đây.
Hector Prats is a Barcelona-born film director and screenwriter based in New York. He began as a film critic and worked on independent productions before moving from music videos into narrative filmmaking. He holds an MFA in Film Directing from Columbia University, where he teaches undergraduate workshops.
