Synopsis:
The film follows Cheol-ho, a spinal cord injury patient, and Ji-eun, who becomes his guardian. As Ji-eun uncovers conspiracies surrounding Cheol-ho’s inheritance, she realizes she is drawn into a dangerous game.
Director’s biography:
Choi Jong-koo is a South Korean screenwriter and director. He is passionate about screenwriting, starting with his work on the black comedy Moodori (2006). Since then, he has participated in various projects such as Joseon X-Files and Steely Lovers (2024). He has also written and directed short films like The Secret of Ventriloquist (2019) and Psychic Chef (2020), as well as the independent films The Namesake (2019) and Steely Lovers (2024). His works include children’s stories like Urban Expedition: Jeonju (2018) and the novel Secret Agent Chef of Joseon (2022). He continues to expand his creative world through writing for TV series and films, as well as directing and producing.
