Synopsis:
To celebrate their 10 years of friendship, a group of close high school friends decides to put aside the hustle and bustle of the city and head to a peaceful forest in the suburbs to “refresh” themselves. However, this seemingly memorable outing turns into a horrifying nightmare when they accidentally encounter the pursuit of a dangerous and mysterious creature lurking in the dark.
Director’s biography:
Director Le Thanh Son was born in 1977. He graduated as the valedictorian from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Theatre and Cinema. In 2014 and 2018, he won the Golden Kite Award for Best Director. Additionally, the film “I Haven’t Turned 18”, directed by him, received the Golden Kite Award from the Vietnam Cinema Association. At the 20th Vietnam Film Festival, I Haven’t Turned 18” also won the Golden Lotus for Best Feature Film.
