Synopsis:

Quynh, Coi, and Bi Map use their own methods to find a carp, hoping to earn the wish that the Kitchen God promises to grant to whoever finds the fish for him. Thanks to their efforts, Quynh, Coi, and Muoi find a fish to serve as a “substitute”. They think everything would go smoothly, but the “substitute” fish remains a “substitute”. The Kitchen God cannot return to Heaven, and people’s wishes cannot come true.

Director’s biography:

Director Trinh Lam Tung graduated from specialized programs in the field of art education, including National University of Art Education, where he majored in painting, and the University of Industrial Fine Art, specializing in industrial fine art design. Additionally, he pursued his studies in film and television directing at Hanoi Academy of Theater and Cinema. Currently, he is employed in the Vietnam Animation Joint Stock Company.
