Synopsis:
In early-20th century Chile, José Menéndez, a wealthy landowner, hires three horsemen to mark out the perimeter of his extensive property and open a route to the Atlantic Ocean across vast Patagonia.
Director’s biography:
Felipe Gálvez Haberle born in 1983, is a Chilian director, screenwriter and editor. He graduated from the Universidad del Cine, where he participated in several short films as an editor. He directed five short films. Standing out among them are Silencio en la sala, which participated in several international festivals and received the Bafici Best Short Film Award (2009), and De lo primitivo, a video performance which was exhibited in art galleries and cultural centers. His recent short film Yo de aquí te estoy mirando, received support from the Audiovisual Fund in Chile. He currently resides in Santiago, where he obtained a degree in Documentary Film and works on his first feature film
