Synopsis:

The coach full of actors is returning home after the National Performing Arts Awards: all had been nominated, but none received an award.

Director’s biography:

Birute Kapustinskaite is a screenwriter, playwright, and director. She received the main National Award for Best Playwright of the Year for her play Therapies, which was also staged in South Korea. She also won the Best Screenplay award for her feature film Sasha was here at the Aubagne Film Festival. In 2019, she began directing. Her debut short film Mothers (2019) received a special mention at the Ismailia Film Festival in Egypt (2022) and has been featured in various film festivals. The Nominees (2024) is the second short film she has directed.
