Tóm tắt phim/Synopsis:

Sau khi Minh Thấu – “bậc thầy phong cách sống” nổi tiếng trên mạng xã hội  tuyên bố dừng mọi hoạt động để đi trốn nợ, em gái đồng thời là trợ lý Minh Tinh bất ngờ nhận được sự giúp đỡ từ Tổ chức Luôn Vui Cười, mong tìm một phép màu cho hoàn cảnh bế tắc mà anh trai cô gây ra.

Following the disappearance of her brother, Minh Thau, a disgraced life coach on the run from loan sharks, Minh Tinh meets up with Som Phon, an agent from a mythical organization allegedly devoted to the improvement of quality of life using magical methods. Som Phon offers Minh Tinh a chance to participate in a virtual reality program, where she gets to experience three alternate realities, each of which reveals a different possible backstory to her brother’s financial troubles.

Đạo diễn/Director’s biography:

Đạo diễn Nguyễn Phi Phi Anh, sinh năm 1991. Anh tốt nghiệp ngành Đạo diễn, Đại học Hampshire, Mỹ. Năm 2016, anh thực hiện dự án HOPE (mộng ước) gồm chuỗi 35 đêm nhạc kịch (Góc phố danh vọng, Đêm hè sau cuối, Mộng ước không xa vời) đã tạo nên “hiện tượng phòng vé”. Hiện anh đang làm quản lý, điều hành hãng phim hoạt hình VinTaTa, cho ra đời series hoạt hình Monta trong dải ngân hà kì cục.

Director Nguyen Phi Phi Anh, born in 1991, graduated with a degree in Directing from Hampshire College, USA. In 2016, he launched the HOPE project, a series of 35 musical theater performances (The Corner of Fame, The Last Summer Night, Dreams Within Reach) which became a “box-office phenomenon”. He is currently managing and running the VinTaTa animation studio, where he produced the animated series Monta in the Bizarre Galaxy.
