1. Mr. Lee Choong Jik – Professor, Producer,  Director of Jeonju International Film Festival (Korea) – Head of the jury

After graduating from Chung-Ang University’s film and drama department for undergrad and graduate studies, Lee went to the Ecole Supérieur de Réalisation Audio-Visuelle (ESRA) in France and graduated as a film directing major.
His previous experience also includes serving as festival director at the first Seoul International Independent Film Festival; a jury member for the second Busan International Film Festival’s Wide Angle section; head of KOFIC’s committee to promote digital cinema when it was first being integrated in Korea; dean of Chung-Ang University’s graduate school of Advanced Imaging Science, Multimedia & Film; and a member of the JIFF festival committee.
Lee’s producer credits include films such as The Pot, Sogyumo Acacia Band’s Story and Enlightenment Film.

2. Mrs. Tsengel Davaasambuu - Film producer and distributor  (Mongolia) - Member

Tsengel Davaasambuu graduated from the University of Arts in Cultural Administration and English Language Translation in 2003 and defended a Master's Degree in Cultural Administration in 2004. Tsengel continued her educational programs in the English language in Los Angeles and Chicago from 2005 to 2008, attained a South Korean government scholarship program and defended a doctorate degree in Public Administration in 2012.
She lectures in major subjects at graduate and doctorate level at the School of Culture of the University of Art and Culture Mongolia. She has been serving in the task force of the Laws on cinema.
Since 2015, she has initiated and completed Encyclopedia of Mongolian cinema II volume, which illustrates the progress of Mongolian cinema from 2000 to 2014. She takes part in cultural events organized each year in collaboration of  Ulaanbaatar International Film Festival; attended CineAsia and BIFF in 2015. Tsengel has joined NETPAC since 2015 and worked as a jury for several film festivals. She was a NETPAC jury in BIFAN 2016 in South Korea. She worked for Children of Genghis film's associated producer and this film was official submission of Mongolian for the Best Foreign Language Film category – Oscar 2018.

3.  Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hong Ngat – Screenwriter, Producer - Member

Mrs Nguyen Thi Hong Ngat was born in 1950. She graduated from Russian State University of Cinematography (VGIK); was Director of Vietnam Feature film Studio (from 1998 to 2000); Deputy Director of Vietnam Cinema Department (from 2001 to 2006); and Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Cinema Association (from 2010)
She is the screenwriter of many well-known feature films. Some of films won the award at Vietnam Film Festival and Kite Award - Vietnam Cinema Association including: The Gamble (Sliver Lotus and Best Scriptwriter at the 10th  Vietnam Film Festival), My Father and 2 women (Sliver Lotus at the 17th Vietnam Film Festival). She was successful Executive Producer with Sandy lives (Golden prize, Asian Pacific Film Festival 2000, Golden Lotus at the 13th Vietnam Film Festival, 2001); Don’t burn (Golden Lotus at the 16th Vietnam Film Festival, 2009; The Children of the Village (Sliver Lotus at the 16th Vietnam Film Festival, 2009 and Sliver Kite from Vietnam Cinema Association). In 2018 she is the Executive Producer of feature film of The Legend of Quan Tien.
